MTC RMA Policy
MTC aims to provide free fault service to her valued customers. We believe that Service is the backbone of company's success. It is our pleasure for MTC to welcome you to our Customer Service Department.

All products supplied by the Company sho by the warranty given by the manufacturer, if any, and such warranty shall be passed in to the customer accordingly

The company's liability in respect of the Products shall be limited to replacement of manufacturing faulty Products Or the issuance of credit note in respect thereof or the granting of the refund or equivalent compensatory measures as the Company considers appropriate at its discretion.

Products returned must be in the original packaging and in a clean resalable condition.

While the Company makes every effort to ensure that all Products sold are of merchantable quality, these Products are sold on the understanding that the Company cannot be held responsible for any losses caused through misuse, improper installation, alteration (including removing or obliteration labels), or mishandling of shipment and failure to use product judicially and also as the manufacturer intended. The defective products must be returned to original place of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

RMA Procedures
Receiving items:
• On receiving any RMA, customer should provide a copy of the MTC invoice showing serial number/ lot number (if available).
• MTC will receive only the product itself without Box, cables & manuals etc...
• Invoice numbers & invoice dates will be mentioned on Maintenance Receipt against each item.
• Sales Department is not allowed to receive any RMA from the customer.

Delivering items:
• Items in RMA department would be returned back within 48 hours not more than 20 Days as Maximum.
• MTC will not deliver any RMA item without the Maintenance Receipt.
• MTC will deliver the product without box, cable & manual; as per received.
• Incase of replacing the product new serial numbers/lot numbers would mentioned on Delivery Receipt & warranty will be effected as from original purchase date.
• Product Manager Approval is required in case of replacing the item with a different one.
• Customer may be asked to pay the difference amount of the new replaced item according to the market value of the item.
• Maintenance Receipt should be attached with the maintenance delivery & should be archived in RMA records.
